Register and login

    Click Register on this page or on the myTeleflex Home Page.

    Fill out the presented form and be sure to complete all required fields.

    A myTeleflex Admin will get back to you within 2 business days with your login information.

*PRO-TIP: If someone within your company is already registered and has the same Account Number with Teleflex you can ask them to setup your new account too.

Place an order

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

  • Icon

    Step 2

    Add products to your cart by searching the extensive catalog.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Once your cart is complete, select Checkout.

    Step 4

    Enter your PO number and select Payment Terms for the order.

    Select your Shipping Address from the Address Book.

    Step 6

    Tell us your shipment method.

    Review and place your order.

Create an order template

    Step 1

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Add products to your cart.

    Once your cart is complete, select Checkout.

    On the cart page, select Save Quick Order Template.

    Name the template and select Save.

    Next time you log in, go to My Templates and select your order template to facilitate a quick check out.

Check order status

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Select My Orders in the upper right.

    All of your orders will be listed under Order History. Search orders by PO, order number or date.

Track deliveries

Access packing lists

View product pricing

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Search the product catalog to find the products you are looking for.

    On the product details page your price will be displayed for the item chosen.

    Select the quantity to be ordered.

    Have more items to purchase? Click Add to Cart and continue shopping.

Access invoices

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Select My Account in the upper right.

    Click on Invoices.

    All of your billing documents will be listed, including invoices, credit memos and return credits.

    Search documents by PO, order number, date, or status.

    Click Download to view invoice details.

    Have questions? Click Questions About Your Invoice to send a note to us.

Reset password

  • Icon

    Step 1

    Go to myTeleflex.com and click Sign In.

  • Icon

    Step 2

    Under Password, select Forgot Your Password?

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Enter your myTeleflex login email address, and click Reset Password.

  • Icon

    Step 4

    Check your email account for further instructions from myTeleflexadmin@teleflex.com.

    In the email, click the password reset link.

    Set your new password and confirm it on the next line.

    1. Your new password must have at least 8 characters.
    2. It must contain at least one digit, one lower case letter, one upper case letter, and a special character.

    Click Update.

Disable login

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Click Help on the myTeleflex Home Page.

    Step 3

    Select Online Support from the drop-down menu.

    Step 4

    Check your email account for further instructions from myTeleflexadmin@teleflex.com.

    A myTeleflex administrator will de-activate your account as soon as possible.

Set administrative account and privileges

As a myTeleflex Admin user you have the ability to set up additional users, change their passwords, or disable other user logins.

To confirm admin access:

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Select My Account.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    If you see Users on the menu – you are a designated administrator.

If you would like to be set up as a designated administrator, but are not currently, follow these steps:

    Step 1

    Select Online Support under Help Menu.

  • Icon

    Step 2

    Request admin access under “Please describe what you are experiencing”.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Submit request and a myTeleflex representative will be in touch to confirm administrative access.

Creating an account for a co-worker

To create an account for your co-worker:

  • Icon

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

  • Icon

    Step 2

    Select My Account.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Click on Users.

  • Icon

    Step 4

    Click on New User (top right).

  • Icon

    Step 5

    Complete the New User form

    1. Select the Sold-To accounts that your co-worker needs access to (You may only provide access to accounts which you have been granted access).
    2. You may also allow your co-worker to manage user accounts as well by checking the Manage Users box.
    3. Make sure your new user is set to Active.

    Click Save.

    Step 7

    A Welcome Email will be sent to any user you create with login instructions for myTeleflex.com.

Resetting ‘other’ user password

If you and your co-worker order under the same account number on myTeleflex, you may be able to reset their password without contacting Teleflex. You must be designated as a myTeleflex Admin for your account to complete this task.

To reset a password for your co-worker:

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Step 2

    Select My Account.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Click Users.

  • Icon

    Step 4

    Select the name of the user you want to reset a password for.

  • Icon

    Step 5

    Click the Reset Password button.

  • Icon

    Step 6

    An email has been sent to your co-worker with further instructions from myTeleflexadmin@teleflex.com.

  • Icon

    Step 7

    Tell your co-worker:

    1. Click on the password reset link.
    2. Set their new password and confirm it on the next line.
      1. Their new password must have at least 8 characters and it must contain at least one digit, one lower case letter, one upper case letter, and a special character.
    3. Click Update.

Disabling a login for your co-worker

If you order under the same account number as your co-worker for myTeleflex, you may be able to de-activate their account without contacting Teleflex. You must be designated as a myTeleflex Admin to complete the task.

To de-activate an account for your co-worker:

    Go to myTeleflex.com and sign in using your credentials.

    Step 2

    Select My Account.

  • Icon

    Step 3

    Click on Users.

  • Icon

    Step 4

    Select the name of the user you want to de-activate.

  • Icon

    Step 5

    Make sure the user is not set to Active.

  • Icon

    Step 6

    Click Save.

  • Icon

    Step 7

    The user is now Disabled and the status can be seen in the users table.
