Teleflex, and its subsidiaries, seeks to be inclusive of all suppliers regardless of the sex, race or ethnicity of the businesses’ ownership, management, or employees, or the size or location of the business.

It is Teleflex's policy to provide maximum practical opportunity to diverse suppliers, both large and small, to provide goods and services to Teleflex as part of our corporate procurement process. The use of diverse suppliers is an integral part of Teleflex's purchasing procedures just as equal opportunity employment is central to Teleflex's personnel policies and procedures. Teleflex recognizes that supplier diversity creates a competitive advantage and positively impacts the global community. Teleflex is committed to ensuring that supplier diversity is an integral part of its business by:

• Making sure that opportunities to do business with Teleflex are widely disseminated, with a goal of reaching all qualified suppliers.
• Reasonably considering proposals based on the supplier’s ability to provide the required goods and services, taking into account, among other things, the value of maintaining multiple sources for goods and services.
• Providing all Teleflex personnel who are involved in the acquisition of goods and services adequate tools and training to enhance their understanding of and ability to fulfil Teleflex's supplier diversity policy.

When required by federal law or contract terms, Teleflex procurement personnel shall comply with those laws or contract provisions, including using good faith efforts to include small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, veteran owned small, service-disabled veteran owned small, and HUBZone small businesses for goods and services procured by Teleflex. Such efforts are to be documented in accordance with requirements included in the applicable federal government contracts or subcontracts.
