The MADgic® Device is not prefilled, so the clinician can select the type of medication and exact dosing desired. The malleable stylet enables precise, targeted delivery specific to patient's anatomy.

In procedures where a cough upon emergence can cause adverse events, application of topical lidocaine on the laryngotracheal region has been shown to provide a smooth emergence from general anesthesia with reduced coughing.2
