Marina Zivik is Vice President of Global Tax for Teleflex.

Marina joined Teleflex in September 2025 as the Vice President of Global Tax.

She brings over 25 years of experience with complex businesses and transactions serving a diverse stakeholder community. Prior to joining Teleflex, Marina worked for Arcadium Lithium as the Chief Tax Officer and previously for Trinseo as Vice President of Tax and Chief Tax Officer. Marina started her career at Ernst and Young, where she reached the role of Senior International Tax Consultant before advancing further in her career.

Marina is a Certified Public Accountant with a master’s in taxation and a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University. Marina has led global tax organizations through major transactions, including carve outs, IPOs, mergers and separations.

She is a member of The Philadelphia Forum of Executive Women and serves on the Board of Directors of POWER of Professional Women.
