Michael DiGiuseppe is President of Latin America and Americas
Commercial Operations Group for Teleflex.
Michael started his career at Teleflex in 2010 as Director of Sales in the Surgical business.
After creating focused disciplines in selling skills, pricing, talent development and
performance management, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2012 and subsequently
helped improve the Canadian Surgical business.
In October 2014, Michael became Vice President of Sales for the Anesthesia business. During his
two years in this role, his responsibilities included inside and outside sales, training, talent
development and sales force effectiveness. He successfully integrated the Emergency Medicine
sales team that has since grown annually.
Michael then took over responsibility for Corporate Accounts in July 2017, focusing the team on
activities that drive increased revenue, protect and expand margin, and deliver customer value.
The team was redeployed into East and West teams that cover the most strategic customers in
their marketplaces. In December 2017, Michael assumed responsibility for the strategic direction
and execution of the Respiratory business which also includes Alternate Care and Urology for
North America.
Michael earned his B.S. in Finance at West Virginia University and has held roles of increasing
responsibility at Merrill Lynch, MBNA Bank and Ethicon Endo-Surgery.
He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.
