Megan Knestrick is Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for Teleflex.
In her current role since March 2016, Megan oversees Margin Expansion, Product Proactive Quality and Global Packaging Development. Working closely with our Strategic Business Units as well as Global Operations, Margin Expansion and Product Proactive Quality efforts focus on improving quality and reducing costs through design optimization. She engages with groups across Teleflex -- R&D, Marketing, Sustaining Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Sales, and Global Operations -- as well as clinicians and patients, to identify and implement product improvement opportunities which preserve the high standard of quality which our customers have come to expect from Teleflex. The Global Packaging Development group, with team members located in Morrisville, Reading, and Athlone, drive package design, testing, compliance and improvements for new and existing products.
She joined Teleflex through the acquisition of Arrow International in 2004, serving in various engineering and R&D roles with Vascular. Prior to Teleflex, Megan worked in engineering capacities for Alcoa and Alcan Packaging.
Megan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University’s College of Engineering.
She is based in Wayne, PA, USA.
