Teleflex Medical Japan, Inc. is a global provider of medical devices that improves the prognosis of patients, protects healthcare professionals and helps prevent infection. The purpose of our activities is to maintain high ethics and ensure transparency in relations with medical institutions by following the “Transparency guidelines for medical institutions in the medical device industry ”formulated by the Japan Medical Device Industry Federation and “Medical Device Industry Fair Competition Regulations” established by the Medical Device Industry Fair Trade Council. We set out the "Guidelines on Transparency with Medical Institutions" and disclose payments information as follows.

1. Disclosure method
   The payments in the previous fiscal year shall be disclosed after financial closing through our website.
   
2. Timing of disclosure
   The payments for FY2014 (from January 2014 to December 2014) will be released from FY2015. After that, we will disclose the payments for the previous year for one year after the closing of our account.
