1 - Control and access to alarm history allows all alarm controls to be set

2 - Icon indicates zero status of current AP source and provides controls to zero the status

3 - A touch of the waveform accesses signal related controls for lead selection and scaling

4 - All IABP functions are controlled with six keys

5 - Illuminating switch indicates pump is alarming and the priority level

6 - Icons for HE supply and battery power are colour coded for simplicity

7 - Assisted and unassisted haemodynamic values are displayed in separate colours
